The food is very good and there is a great choice to pick from, the atmosphere is good and the staff are very friendly. The beer especially the pedigree is great too. Would highly recommend the Copt oak for a good get together or a nice family meal
Millie did a fantastic job last looking after Team Weston, when we had Lunch today 02/02) at the Copt Oak. Big smiles, good food, excellent value..... I think if 4 of you can eat lunch for 40, & the place is heaving, You May have to wait for your food.. its all cooked fresh so dont be put off by others comments
Frankly, the service has been a real disappointment to a restaurant of this standard. Honestly, we waited 35 minutes for our only starter, followed by yet again another 40 minutes for our main course. A few of the main courses were acceptable, yet to say the chips were even Luke warm would be generous. In addition, the vegetables were undercooked. To conclude, I will not be going back any time soon for a Friday evening meal.
Great place for easy mainstream pub food. Reasonable prices, good choice and comfy surrounds. Good kids play area too.
Fantastic service, amazing food and to top it off a greeting and a thank you from the manager when we left. Superb. Really helpful and friendly waitress as well. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.
